	$135 per month - Inc/Exp posting off statements plus road receipts for Sole Proprietor businesses
	$50 per month - Inc/Exp posting off statements only (no road receipts)
	STATEMENT ORGANIZATION
	$80 per month (+$10 per waybill, per each action, discrepancies filed)
	CLAIMS FIGHTING
	$19 per claim/per action
	MAIL MANAGEMENT
	$60 per month charge (Overnight express charges additional)
	MONEY MANAGEMENT
	$4.00 per bill paid / $10.00 per reconciled bank statement (your acct)
	$4.00 per bill paid / deposit made - REDSUN BOOKKEEPING & TAX SERVICES, L.L.C. - Trust Account
	Customer agrees to have monthly REDSUN BOOKKEEPING & TAX SERVICES, L.L.C. bill deducted from account
	MISCELLANEOUS
	Any additional services, reports, research, letters, telephone calls, etc., additional sorting, are billed at $50 per hour for an Accounts Assistant, $75 per hour for an Accounts Manager or Tax Professional, and $125 per hour for a CPA. You will be billed for out of pocket expenses, such as postage, long distance charges, FedEx, etc. Business Reply Mail will be charged at postage rates plus $2 service fee and charges to our FedEx account number will be billed with a 10% surcharge.
	$10.00 per waybill - Separating of waybills to forward onto carrier (express mail/postage additional) - No cash CODs accepted.
	Tax Return Preparation based on actual forms required: Individual returns start at $78, Partnership and Corporation returns start at $495. See our "Tax Services" page for more information.
	$75.00 per hour to figure and prepare quarterly estimates.

PLEASE NOTE: This office works on a retainer basis. Funds are required in our office before any work is started. Actual services will be charged against retainer first and any billed services are due upon receipt. Past due balances will be charged 18% interest per annum/1.5% per month. This form must be completed and signed before we can start working on your account. Prices on this form are good through 12/31/2007 and are for Sole Proprietor businesses only.
